Magik sometimes called Magic not to be confused with [[magic]] is the arcane force holding our world together and it influences forces such as [[life]], [[Moon]], [[Michael Jackson]], and [[other shit probably]]

People who practice magik are known by many names including Wizard, Druid, Necromancer, Sorcerer, Lawyer, and more.

Disputes within magikal communities are traditionally settled in what is formally known as a Battle of Might And Magik but is often referred to as duels, bout, [[asskicking]] practice, [[Yucky|pissing]] battle, and more.

We are currently in a meta heavily focused on summoning magiks with most magik users picking their favorite class of summon from [[beast]], [[monster]], construct, sin, holy, fantastical, necrotic, or humanoid and specializing into that, however it is widely considered bad practice to use exclusively one class due to the ease with which it can be countered. Each with their own benefits and weaknesses to consider when participating in a duel. All classes of summon have subgroups within referred to as families.

== Beast ==
The beast class is one of the simplest and most common class of summon there is with the summoning of small creatues often serving as early exams in formal magik places of education (note that informal magik education often changes this. for example at the imfamous academy known as Lady Horrible's Boarding School That Is Horrible will instead ask first years to delve into their own psyche and conjure a Personal Hell and drag the carcass of one of the demons inside to the class on exam day to show to the class as proof of your power)
