Marvel vs. Capcom is a series of [[crossover]] [[A Fighting Game|fighting games]] you can play with me on [[FightCade]]. There's a few of them but I think you should only talk about [[Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes|MvC2]] and [[Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3|UMvC3]].

==History==
The idea for Marvel vs. Capcom came from series director [[Tetsuya Nomura]] taking an elevator with a Disney executive, the latter dropping their key adorned with a [[Mickey Mouse]] key chain in the fateful meeting, giving Nomura a touch of inspiration for a fighting game series starring Disney's own Mickey Mouse. Mickey rejected the offer, saying "Advent Children kinda sucked" so they used Marvel characters instead.
