'''Wikilandian Professional Baseball''' ('''WPB''') is the organization that oversees professional [[baseball]] in [[Wikiland]]. All of the 301 [[Groves of Wikiland|groves]] have a team, as do [[Keine Robben]] and [[New Columbia]]. The organization is led by the [[Commissioner]]. They are doing a great job.

Among sports in Wikiland, baseball ranks second, behind [[football]] and in front of [[American football]]. The atmosphere at WPB games is comparable to those of [[Nippon Professional Baseball]] in [[Japan]]. Fans beat drums, blare trumpets, and chant and clap throughout the game. The crowd always bursts into celebration whenever the home team scores a home run.

Every team has a [[clubhouse]] with a lounge and stuff in or around the city centre where the players hang out, as well as a couple of adjacent practice fields. The clubhouses are all situated by a [[bus]] stop so the team can go straight from the clubhouse to the team bus, which either transports them to the home [[ballpark]] or the [[airport]]. Supporters willing to cheer their team on during away games can join them at the airport.

==Uniforms==
Each team traditionally has a white home uniform and a grey away uniform, though in many games, alternate uniforms bearing the team colours, identity, and connection to the city are worn. An exception is [[Blacklisted baseball team]], who wears black shirts every game.
