On April 3, 2024, a post was made to Tumblr by user bfdiandmore featuring old images from a BFDI wiki blog post titled "Everyone abusing lime cookie". Two freesmarters, Pencil and Flower, were spotted within these images.

Several Tumblr users were quick to criticize these actions, seeing them as unnecessary and cruel. No actions came of this drama.
