On February 24th, 2013, Faerieland Team Vuvuzela would be contacted by [https://bookofages.jellyneo.net/characters/194/ The Altador Cup Committee] and was informed with a Cease and Desist [[Little L|l]]etter informing that unauthorized use of "Team Faerieland" violated a [[Namr|trademark]] that they had registered in 2005 and that continued use of the name would result in a lawsuit. [[This]] escalated to a court case by March 23rd, 2013.

An appeal lawsuit by the Alatdor Cup Committee to have Faerieland Team Vuvuzela's name legally changed was made, but was rejected.

===Team Fairyland Fanclub vs. Robert Parr===
On July 2nd, 2013, [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Parr Robert] "[[Mr. Incredible]]" [[Florida|Parr]] would sue Team Fairyland Fanclub for defamation, posting [[Bikal|uncanny]] images and videos of Parr reacring to various things that have never occured, such as being told disturbing facts or his opinion on [[LGBT]] people, and had been disgusted by presenting him as homophobic and extremely sensitive in grotesque manners.

It was determined that the videos were made by Team Faerieland Vuvuzela as part of a [[Fortnight|trend]] on [[Annoying Orange|YouTube]]. Team Faerieland Vuvuzela [[128|apologized]] to Parr and gave a [[Al Gore|Settlement]] of $1,000 dollars. Team Faerieland Vuvuzela later filed for [[Amelia|bankrupty]] following the incident.

Team Faerieland Vuvuzela posted yet [[Duosion|another]] video to YouTube that had incited a lawsuit against her on January 21st, 2014. The video, uploaded on November 27th, 2013; was a slideshow of her favorite Altador Cup [[Background|background characters]], with an image featuring the [https://images.neopets.com/altador/altadorcup/2009/ctp_862.gif Techo Fanatic] with the [[Bloberta Puppington|Windows Movie Maker]] rainbow effect, which made him appear [[Duck|green]] briefly.

Gex [[Brokin|decided]] to file a lawsuit against Team Faerieland Vuvuzela for what he believed to be the posession of a [[Epic Seal|scandalous]] [[Cursya|photo]] of him in a [[Explain|compromising situation]]. It was discovered that the image was [[Cotton Eye Joe|indeed]] a [[FUCK YOU I DO WHAT I WANT HAHAHAHAH|photo]] of the Techo Fanatic. Gex [[Atom|dropped the charges]] on March 10th, 2014 despite the video uploaded by Faerieland Team Vuvuzela on the Team Fairyland Fanclub YouTube channel have already been proven to not contain him [[Blorbo|2 weeks prior in a session]]. When asked by [[Brazil|the Goiky Gazette]], Gex responded by saying "[[Family Guy Cube|Boy]] [[Benjamin Harrison|Lois]], this is [[Alabama|worse]] than [[Alaska|the time]] that [[Indiana|I]] decided to [[NFTs|start making my own cryptocurrency!]]" before the surrounding area violently changed to a flashback of Gex's [[Asleep|laptop]] exploding after he wanted to become a [[Bowser Pointing|cryptobro]].

Faerieland Team Vuvuzela later [[Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends: The Complete Season 2|deleted]] the Team Fairyland Fanclub YouTube channel on April 9th, 2014. Before the deletion, a comment [[GAS LEAK|announcing]] the [[GoToHell|channel's deletion]] was made on the latest video, titled "[[Index.php?title=File:Laugh Track.mp3|I got sued... again :(]]".

==Aftermath==
Team Fairy Fanclub would be [[Nyorotchi|renamed]] to "Teem Fair-E Land" on June 14th, 2014 after Team Faerieland Vuvuzela had almost completely [[Niko Cube|lost interest]] in [[Michigan|Team Faerieland]] and wanted to [[16777216|distance herself]] from her past [[New Wyoming|legal issues]]. She would later [[Mint & Peep: Detective Agency|randomly]] select a [[2763|number]] of [[American Locomotive Company|objects]] across Neopia and send them [[American football in The Wiki Camp 2|letters]] encouraging them to [[Art theft|join the club]]. Only a single object sent a [[Awaken|RVSP]], [[Christmas Techo Scarf]], making her officially the second member, though she [[Babla|had responded to the letter as a joke]] and did not expect to hear any response. Ultimately, Christmas Techo Scarf did not [[Bargain|contribute]] or [[Baseball in The Wiki Camp 2|attend official meetings]] relating to Teem Fair-E Land until 2021.

She was found guilty on all charges on August 15th, 2016 and was sentenced to 5 years in prison. She was sent to [[Nelward|South Goiky Correction Center]] on September 4th, 2016.

On September 6th, [[Burning the nile river|E Aplhabet Lore]] made a [[CAKOTEST|tweet]] on [[Cabbage|Twitter]] where they had discovered the existence of Teem Fair-E Land, being [[Campfire Ceremony|offended by it]]. When [[Cat's schrödinger|interviewed]], Lore stated that they were looking into filing a lwasuit against Teem Fair-E Land for [[Carbon|defamation]].

==In The Wiki Camp 2==

It depicts a [[Challengе ∞|badge with the letter E as seen on the logo]]. When questioned by an [[Chatroom|anonymous tipster]], Christmas Techo Scarf commented "I figured I'd put this to use [[Chaos|somehow]], because I have genuinely no idea how this is even real."

Currently, Teem Fair-E Land is an [[Cheesed|official]] [[Chesed|team]] in The Wiki Camp 2, with Christmas Techo Scarf as the only [[Coca-Cola|member]] currently. It is currently open to join by [[Color theory|anyone]].

On Ocotber 7th, 2022, the team was abandoned.

On January 11th, 2024, the team regained its first member in over a year.
