Blue balloons were once common in [[Pearberry Island]], but due to their ability to easily pop out of existence, their population has dwindled to just one remaining member. Researchers at the Okin Flyer, the [[Toba Institute]]'s mother ship, are currently attempting to save the species from extinction using multiple methods.

 

During a devastating bout of staking, [[Stingy]] claimed sole ownership of the blue balloon. This has caused international stress over which governing body demonstrates the true claim to this rare creature.{{#css:
