Pizza is a beautiful food filled with sauces, cheese, bread, and other precious surprises. Pizza is often a circle, cut into triangles, but sometimes is square. Pizza is a staple of Italian cuisine, and is considered an icon of the entire country.
It all started in Naples, where its iconic margherita pizzas are topped with tomato sauce from the southern volcanic plains of Vesuvius and mozzarella from Campania and Lazio made from water buffalo milk.
