Baikalia, officially the Republic of Baikalia, is an island country in the Inverted World. It looks entirely like Nerpal, except it's an island, and the nearest tendril of land isn't within sight.
Baikalia is the most okinesque country in the Inverted World, and is home to the sea nerpa (Zalophus sibirica). As you could tell from the genus name, it isn't an earless seal, but rather a sea lion.
