Brasília

Brasília is the capital city of Brazil. It is a planned city in the middle of the highlands that was inaugurated in the 1960s, a time when car-centric urban planning was the norm. It is highly unwalkable, and everything has to be accessible by car. From the perspective of an urban planner in the 2020s, it's dogshit. Oscar Niemeyer should know better.
