Evil baby shredder

The evil baby shredder or baby unshredder is a the evil counterpart to the baby shredder; it can't be used to shred babies, and can only be used to unshred babies. It only allows babies to be unshredded, and it can not be used to unshred entities that are not shredded babies such as shredded adults, illegal documents, or toys. When used for non-babies it is effectively single-use; upon a shredded non-baby being unshredded, the unshredder will simply cease to exist much like the LPRC when you attempt to power it using your hands.

It can be used to unshred non-human babies, and is a good litmus test to tell if something is a shredded baby or not.
