Appearance
Nerpay's status as a Devilman is indicated by his head being replaced by that of an ugly seal, and a red halo floating directly behind his head. He is almost always wearing the same dark blue suit and spotted tie, to the point where many believe that they have fused to his body. The item stored in Nerpay Neverless' suit pocket is his signature weapon, the Crystal Pistol.

The Crystal Pistol
The Crystal Pistol is a weapon whose power increases based on how much money Nerpay Neverless owns. At $1 of strength, it is about as powerful as a paintball gun, but at $10,000, it has as much power as a cannon. Despite the weapon's great potential, Nerpay prefers to only use it when absolutely necessary.
Kill Bill
Another ability at Nerpay's disposal is the power to instantly kill someone by giving them 1 Billion Dollars. This comes at the cost of the money in question disappearing after the kill, weakening the Crystal Pistol, and to an extent, Nerpay himself. Unlike the Crystal Pistol, Nerpay loves using this method to kill people all the time because its pretty funny.
