The Circle is an activated item added in The Wiki Camp 2: Afterbirth.
Effects
- On use, one of the following set of effects will happen:
Isaac gains the effect of Eden's Blessing (+.7 tears up). Dying while under the effect will grant a random item at the start of the next floor.
Isaac gains the effect of Purity.
+.30 speed, electric tears (similar to Jacob's Ladder) and zaps enemies in close proximity to Isaac (similar to 120 Volt).- woohoo flimby

Replaces Secret Rooms and Super Secret Rooms with I AM ERROR rooms.- If Isaac is already in a Secret or Super Secret room, or a Secret or Super Secret room has already been explored, The Circle cannot reroll to this setting.
Has a chance for an enemy to appear as brighter and monochrome upon entering a new room.- These enemies are slower and take double damage, similar to XI - Strength?
- The chance to inflict this effect increases with luck. It goes up to 100% at 21 luck.
Can only be used 3 times per floor, after which the item will gain a static effect (the same effect as Dogma) and will be unable to be used until the next floor.- The item deactivates between floors.
Notes
The Circle is a special item.
If a secret room has already been explored, The Circle cannot reroll them into I AM ERROR rooms. It is advised to find the Secret room before rerolling if you want to avoid this setting.
Synergies
- Blank Card: Allows for a fourth use.
- Glowing Hourglass + Schoolbag: Since the effect is randomized per use and not by room, using the Glowing Hourglass allows for 3 extra rolls of The Circle.
Interactions
Void: Allows The Circle to be used over 3 times per floor.
Gallery

The Circle asset used in-game after 3 uses. The blue is used to indicate areas that the game applies the static effect to. -
Simulation of the ingame appearance for The Circle after being used 3 times. It animates with a white TV static effect instead of being blue, both when on a pedestal or seen on the HUD.
