Though it's been millions of years since we've lost the likes of Argentinosaurus, witnesses as the Bronx Zoo speculate that we might still be living with giant animals.

Indeed, there is megafauna aplenty in the open ocean, such as the blue whale, the biggest animal to have ever existed, but what about their terrestrial counterparts such as elephants, hippos, and bison, or even the Galápagos tortoise? Perhaps people keep underestimating their size.
