Tsukomo Shion (九十九シオン) is... uh. Holy shit, that stare.
Uh, anyway, she's another... Fuck. UTAU. UTAU. She's a, a one of those. She's robot, like Adachi Rei. Basically her sister. I think. But in purple. Model 1 instead of Prototype 0. Has a number too, 99 and i think part of her name translates to that.
The main feature of her design appears to be a thousand-mile stare that can see everything. Scary...

Appearance
Tsukomo Shion is a humanoid robot figure wearing a long dress in black, with detailing of audio waveforms and purple trim. She has purple hair similar to Adachi Rei's but longer, including the same antennae and similar ribbon. Her face is :3 in a devious manner.
How to counter
Just, like, stay back. Even if she can see you, she's like 20 kilograms and made out of wood. The wind's gonna do the job well enough. Shion's a vocal synth, not Raiden.
