Biggest Little Okinfest, sometimes abbreviated as BLOF, is a convention held annually on the Wiki Camp 2.

Origins
BLOF was started in retaliation to a lawsuit declaring conventions illegal for encouraging behavior of being together in a group, like the Pikmin.

Con Chair
The con swaps out the Guest of Honor yearly, as well as the con chair, based on viewer voting. However, this has been met with criticisms by fans. Many believe the results to be "botted", or rounded up because there's no way they could be exactly 10,000, or otherwise doubt the legitimacy of them.
Venue
BLOF is hosted at only the largest venues to be constructed by man. This is due in part to its attendance rate, but also to the mass amounts of slop that must be generated as a power source daily.
Generally, venues that are chosen feature a pool or fountain for basking, a room with candy tree sweets on a tray by your bed and beautiful rose pink curtains, and a lovely smile in your heart.

In addition to programmed events, BLOF boasts a large party culture aspect of the convention, complete with Kevin Macleod raves and parties dedicated to bobbing for apples.
