Blizzard Beach
Blizzard Beach is a mountainous subpolar sovereign island country in Disney World, occurring in around the same latitude as Oslo, Norway. It is home to flowing glaciers and, surprisingly, a rocky lagoon, which remains a curiosity for a country in such high latitudes. Blizzard Beach is named for the frequency of blizzards in the area, turning droplets into icicles and the lagoon into a gigantic ice skating rink. Three other lakes exist, but they are smaller.
