Imposters
The Bluer Morpho
Numerous Blue Morpho copycats sprung up due to the costumed vigilante's imfamy, such as that cheese guy from that one game. The most famous of these imposters were two men who literally stole the identity of the Blue Morpho and KO and went on to pose as them in another universe. Due to the extra-dimensional nature of the Wiki Camp 2, the real Blue Morpho and KO later discovered this, and the former was outraged.
The Blue Morpho Goes Too Far
The inciting adventure to go and stop this copycat ended up being Blue Morpho's last. After a few or so failed murder attempts and encounters, the Blue Morpho decided to take more secretive means to stopping his imposter. While the latter was in his alter-ego, he, along with KO, were in the process of sabotaging the fuel of their family's private jet.
Falling Out
KO, after realizing that the imposter's wife and child were planning on boarding the plane, refused to go through with the plan while it was taking place, leading to heated argument that ended in KO quitting his job as Blue Morpho's sidekick. However, this did not deter the original Vigilante from going through with the plan, which ended up with the death of the imposter and his wife.
The Blue Morpho later realized that a bounty by a criminal organization in the imposter's universe, had been placed on his head for reasons unknown to him, and later collected the sum himself.

This incident led to many Blue Morpho copycats either changing up their costumes and motifs to further differentiate themselves from the violet Vigilante, or quitting altogether.
Death
The Blue Morpho's death came about on an unknown date, theorized by many Blue Morphomaniacs (that's the word we used to describe Blue Morpho archivists btw) to have come shortly after the death of the former crazed fan. After the police had enough of the Blue Morpho's increasingly violent and erratic behavior, they begrudgingly tolerated the vigilante no more. He died in a shootout with police after he was caught trying to steal the Time Gem from the Cool Museum. After word of his death came out, many people who clashed with, were friends of, or had their lives altered by the Blue Morpho is some significant form spoke out about their times with the costumed adventurer.
