fuck cancer man this illness is some bullshit i am tired of hearing from it there are literally no upsides and it is incapable of actually making itself survive it's a bullshit suicidal disease caused by the limitations of human cell biology and i hope in the future we defeat cancer and stop it being such a bullshit disease which hurts many people. cancer comes in many forms and every form is some absolute bullshit nonsense with zero friends who deserves to be irradiated into absolute nonexistence and researched until every atom of cancer can be easily located and blasted with lasers until it does not exist because it is an absolute abomination which should not exist. and the worst part is cancer doesn't even have a goal, it's not a virus that evolved to spread or a parasite that wants to live in your gut, it's just your own cells losing the plot and replicating until they kill the body keeping them alive which means they die too, the dumbest possible strategy, a disease whose entire plan is mutual destruction with its host, it wrecks bodies that were doing their jobs fine, it picks off kids who haven't done anything yet and parents who still have small children and grandparents who were finally enjoying retirement and dogs who only wanted to chase tennis balls, it doesn't care who it hits, it makes families watch someone they love waste away over months while every round of treatment drains their savings and their hair and their dignity, and at the end of all that suffering the disease that caused it dies too because it never had a brain to begin with, fuck cancer and one day we are going to cook this disease into oblivion, we are going to map every mutation in every cell type with so much precision that the second one cell goes rogue an mRNA vaccine trains your immune system to hunt that exact variant, we are going to make full body MRIs cheap enough to run yearly so nothing gets to stage 4 in silence anymore, we are going to engineer CAR-T cells and microscopic killers that patrol your bloodstream looking for the precise surface markers of malignant tissue, we are going to use AI to design proteins that bind to tumours and nothing else and deliver payloads that turn cancer cells into mush, we are going to fix the broken DNA repair genes that let this start in the first place, and cancer is going to become a footnote we tell kids about like polio, a problem our grandparents had that we solved, and on that day every oncologist gets a parade and every researcher gets a statue and the disease that took so many people we loved gets the ending it deserves which is total permanent extinction.
