Mametchi
Mametchi is a male[1] tamagotchi from Mame City. He currently resides in TamaTown. His occupation is wearing a lab coat. Sometimes this means he is a dentist, as portrayed in the Tamagotchi Corner Shop franchise, other times this means he is a scientist, mad or otherwise.

Appearance
Mametchi is a cute and handsome tamagotchi. He wears a navy (sometimes portrayed as black) cap that outlines his ears, which are shaped like a rabbit's. He has two big round eyes and an award winning smile. His body is much smaller than his head, which is normal for many tamagotchi. His skin is yellow. I believe he is covered in a thin layer of fur. Occasionally he wears clothing, but most of the time he does not (excluding the cap on his head, which he wears constantly.) Many tamagotchi misunderstand and believe that Mametchi's hat is part of his natural coloration, but there are many sources that prove otherwise. [citation needed]
Personal life
He created Hapihapitchi, his pet. He has several family members, Papamametchi, Mamametchi, Chametchi, and Young Mametchi, which are his father, mother, sister, and younger self respectively. Even though he has a mother and father on Tamagotchi Planet, he was sent down to earth by a UFO as an egg for a human to raise.
Confusion around Mame
Mametchi is named after his species, mametchi. Some might say it's weird, and leads to confusing information regarding if certain portrayals of "Mametchi" are Mametchi or just mametchi. Some examples of confusion are around his gender, hobbies, and early life. Any person with a tamagotchi device can raise mametchi given the proper care is taken to ensure health and wellbeing of the tamagotchi, but is that specific tamagotchi Mametchi? Studies show inconclusive evidence.
Time paradox
Currently, no evidence has been shown of any mametchi and young mametchi existing within the same space, however, using the technology given to us by the Tamagotchi of Tamagotchi Planet, both young mametchi and mametchi can exist within close proximity, without being able to interact or see eachother.
Career
Mametchi has had an illustrious and long career, starting as a young actor, he first portrayed himself in "Tamagotchi!" an anime in which he was the protagonist. Later on, he became a scientist and dentist, renowned around not only around Tamagotchi Town for his abilities in stabilizing the monarchy (as portrayed in Tamagotchi Plaza) but also the planet of Earth for his cute appearance. Statues of Mametchi have been erected in his honor, and some humans on Earth have even made shrines to Mametchi.
Friendships
Mametchi is very popular, and for good reason. He is very kind to everyone and is a force for good in all situations. He maintains a friendly relationship with many important figures, such as Hatsune Miku, Hello Kitty, Don-Chan, and even Mario.
Controversy
After Mametchi worked in collaboration with popular pizza chain, Pizza Hut, many fans worried about his supposed friendship with Hatsune Miku, who is well known largely through her work with rival pizza chain, Dominos. Thankfully, Mametchi and Hatsune Miku worked together and released a collaboration on Hatsune Miku's popular app, Project Sekai, officially squashing the beef for good.
