Nebraska is very corny outside of Omaha and Lincoln. It's the only triply landlocked state — that is, a state that are landlocked by states which are themselves landlocked by landlocked states.

The University of Nebraska's 85,458-seat stadium can actually fit more than the population of the third largest city in the state. Fun fact: 92,003 people saw a volleyball match against UN Omaha in August 2023. This was the biggest women's sporting attendance based on official figures. What if it hosted a 2026 World Cup game?

Outside of campus, Lincoln hosted the infamous Josh Fight.
