ONED

The optimal nerpa eradication device, ONED for short, is a weapon of mass destruction utilised in NORPA's efforts in eradicating pinnipeds. The weapon is known to release a highly explosive pipe bomb once the trigger is pulled, which may lock on any nearby pinniped; however, tampering with the weapon may cause it to lock on other things, including the wielder. Most known tampering cases are caused by pinnipeds themselves, but some cases are known to be caused by protesters against the total seal extinction.
