PM is a character in homestuck. The initialism stands for things like Peregrine Mendicant, Parcel Mistress, Prospitian Monarch, Pale Maillady, or Her Majesty. That last one doesn't come from the initialism.

She is a Prospitian carapacian exile.

She has a fondness for Mail, and Mailboxes
