Big Boy

Big Boy

Gigantovaporus pacificus

Articulated steam locomotive family

This peculiar machine is well-known as one of the largest steam engines in the world, longer than two school buses. As with most steam locomotives, it typically feeds on coal in an unusual manner; it is inserted by a human into its firebox, where it is burnt, boiling the water it drinks. This gives it the energy needed to move heavy loads up the mountains. The population of Big Boys has dwindled down over the years with the rise of a brand new, diesel-powered family of locomotives, but thankfully, it is now stable.
For a change, serve plain olive oil. This serves as a more sustainable alternative to its usual diet of coal.
