Seal Note

The Seal Note is how all those Damn seals with all those strange names get created. It is unknown who currently owns a Seal Note, if anyone, but if anyone does than may someone put a stop to them......

Basic Rules

The seal whose name is written in this note shall be created.
This note will not take effect unless the writer has the seal's face in their mind when writing their name.
If the cause of birth is written within the next 40 seconds of writing the seal's name, it will happen.
If the cause of birth is not specified, the seal will simply be born from a mother seal.
After writing the cause of birth, details of the birth should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
