How do we picture Seoul? What does Seoul mean for the foreign visitors in our city? A hometown? Merely a stopover? Seoul has turned into a grand metropolis made up of people from all over the country, while experiencing swift economic development. Now as we await the coming 21st century, Seoul is no longer a strange land for any of us, no matter which part of the country we come from.
