Flag generally shows a sympathetic and calm attitude around people, messing with them gently with some ironic jokes, just as a way to goof and provide a good mood all around, but they can quickly become serious if the situation requires it, but still in a calm way, explaining why X thing is wrong, focusing more on the challenge, etc... To note though, that they can lose their temper quite easily to people too stubborn or stupid to them. Their ironic jokes tend to be way more passive-aggressive with the people they don't like. Also, they're quite clumsy.
