Steamed hams

Steamed Hams are a classic cusquine of Albany, New York, which is confusingly the state capital. Cusquine is spelled right. The dish is a classic recipe of the Skinner family. They even hold a patent on the recipe (No. 48591989). Interesting, this recipe does not call for steamed patties, instead they are grilled. One Superintendent Chalmers claims they are "quite similar to the ones served at Krusty Burger"
