Walking
Walking is a thing you can do with your legs to move from one place to another.
Difference from Running
Running is much faster and involves successive jumps rather than successive steps. Walking is a state only achievable by higher beings of life and intelligence, As for example, a refrigerator can only run.
Origins
Walking was invented by Thomas Edison by accidentally sequencing numerous footsteps after one another. Before then people could only run or crawl.
Variants
- Walking with a purpose: Walking at a brisk pace to get to a location in a timely manner.
- Walking without a purpose: Walking with no particular location in mind.
- Tip-toeing: Walking but very slow and quiet.
- Sprinting: Contrary to popular belief, sprinting is actually a faster variation of walking and not running.
- Skipping: Walking but really stupid and weird. You should never do this.
- Moon-walking: A satanic abomination preformed by practitioners of the dark arts.
- Waddling: Walking but slightly more wobbly.
- Walking away: Walking for the purpose of increasing the distance between oneself and something else
