NORPA
The National Organization Registered in Pinniped Annihilation (NORPA) is an international organization that was founded on September 8, 2022. Headquartered in Barar, Keine Robben, it is best known for its efforts in pinniped eradication, as well as the escalation of the total seal extinction, and has since been funded by multiple nations worldwide.

Lawsuit
NORPA's efforts have led to tensions with New Columbia, resulting in a lawsuit being filed by them. The president of NORPA has released a statement regarding it:
