Shuiyuan is a town in Traxtushire, Ferria.

Etymology

New Cheyenne's suburb naming scheme was inspired by the Mega Book of Trains: Internet Linked. Shuiyuan (水園) means water garden in Mandarin. This is partially due to the fact that the L0 Series Shinkansen is featured twice. So SMW, creator of New Cheyenne, looked to Shanghai's maglev system for inspiration.
