As its "counterpart", it is a badly drawn [[parallelogram]] made using [https://aggie.io/ aggie.io]. It rarely speaks, only sometimes proclaiming "Evil!" after committing any act, evil or not. It acts the exact same way as Perry Llelogram. It hasn't been seeing doing anything that could objectively be considered "evil", but it is theorized that if Perry Llelogram were to do something evil, Counter-Perry would as well. It is also theorized that Counter-Perry was created as a parody of something. That something is not known, but it seems to be making fun of something by mirroring the "main character". This is one of many multiplications of Perry Llelogram, but is the only one that isn't identical in color. All of the others are smaller versions and are part of [[https://camp2.rectangle.zone/index.php?title=Perry_Llelogram#The_Army the army]]. Counter-Perry is not part of the army, as one of the few statements it has made besides "Evil!" was this: "The army will falter at the hands of the evil genius known as Counter-Perry- that's me." Counter-Perry should be avoided at all costs along with Perry Llelogram and the army.
