Template:Resize external image

Note: this template will apply the resizing to all copies of that image on the page. If this becomes a problem, I can fix it, but for now I'm leaving it like this.

There's now another template Template:Rext2 which doesn't have this same problem.

This template has aliases Template:Extimg, Template:Rext, and Template:Rext1 so you don't have to type out the whole name.
