Ice hockey

Ice hockey is a team sport and Canada's pride and joy. Well, at least back then it took the country by storm, but now, football seems to be taking over. As you may suggest, ice hockey takes place on ice, unlike field hockey. Because Canada is cold, there wouldn't be as many football pitches, so naturally, you'd have to go for a rink. And thus, Canadians fell in love with this cold sport. Despite this, only seven of the 32 NHL teams are in Canada, and neither have won the coveted Stanley Cup since 1993.

Not very interesting compared to fire hockey.
