Eminem (lemon era)
Though Eminem's career before he met the Minions has been scarcely documented, few die-hard Eminem fans never forget the time he turned himself into a lemon. Referred to as his lemon era, fans unanimously agree this was Eminem's lowest point in his entire rapping career.
This period of time is defined by Eminem's realization he has the superhuman power to turn into a lemon. He subsequently used this lemon form to cause a lot of mischief. He took up the stage name "Lemonem" for most appearances in this era.
Appearance on the Annoying Orange
In an unreleased episode of the Annoying Orange, Lemonem and Annoying Orange have a rap battle. After getting brutally destroyed by Annoying Orange's line: "you'll see all sorts of strife", Lemonem called for the episode to be canned.
Street Prank
Defeated by the Annoying Orange's superior rapping skills, Eminem went into a downward emotional spiral. He took the streets to scare unsuspecting pedestrians using his lemon form to take out his frustration. The public considered the prank in very bitter taste and he was sentenced to a week of community service for disturbing the peace.
End of the Lemon Era
After reading a biography about the life of John Lemon, Eminem became very paranoid that he too would be eaten if he was not careful. He swore never to transform into his lemon form again.
When asked about his lemon era by a fan in 2018, Eminem was quoted as stating:
