Dr. Pepper is a doctor, specifically a gastroenterologist, that lives in Doctor Pepper Valley.

Personality
Dr. Pepper is a workaholic. They are working 24/7. They don't do anything else. When performing colonoscopies, they will crack a lot of jokes in hopes to put the patient at east, with varying results. When a patient makes a joke, they get visibly angry and do not speak to them ever again, but will continue performing the colonoscopy, as it is their job.
