The HOG-209 was a prototype artificially-intelligent siege weapon created by The Hogs in their ploy to take over the original Wiki Camp following the kidnapping of Otacon, who had been forced to develop the weapon, lest he spend an eternity in damnation. The Hog Empire then flaunted this device as the final trump card against the Wiki Camp Army, threatening its usage if their demands were not met in time. Its existence had been kept top secret until a rebel troop uncovered a file documenting its capabilities, presumably due to a mole infiltrating the empire. Only one fully-functional prototype was ever completed, and was hurriedly brought into operation to combat a saboteur, Bob, who had been tasked with planting an explosive in the heart of the original Team Fortress, which had been taken over by the insidious mammals.
