Cake at Stake is a worldwide phenomenomenom that has existed since the dawn of mankind in the umpteenth century BCE. It's impacts extend to your mother, your father, your other mother, your entire family and the Empire State Building.
The only known recordings of Cake at Stake events unfortunately are in BFDI seasons, as since January 1st, 2010, every recorded evidence prior has been destroyed by all the "secret" agencies in the world, therefore leaving the only recorded Cake at Stake events to be from BFDI.
