Koharu Rikka
Koharu Rikka (小春六花) is a vocal synth character living in Otaru City, Hokkaido, Japan. She is a rockstar, sharing a voice actor with Bocchi from Bocchi the Rock, and was first announced by TOKYO6 ENTERTAINMENT in 2020, originally next to the other Voiceroid characters, but in the end released for Synthesizer V Studio, and CeVIO AI as a talk voice, on the 18th of March 2021, with VOICEPEAK in 2025 and Synthesizer V Studio 2 in 2026. She is a guitarist and vocalist, endlessly positive in demeanor, and would get into moral dilemmas over yogurt. She has a stuffed bear named Lakiston, who may be enchanted. Her icon is a wireless symbol with two bands, with ears like Lakiston's on the top band.

Rikka is also profoundly gay[1], and researchers predict the Otaru trio are bound to gravitationally spiral into forming a polycule in the near future.
