And we won’t, won’t, pay for this song 'cause it's public domain!

When something is in the public domain, it means it is no longer copyrighted and is now copywronged. This means it can be used in things such as mascot horror. Other uses for the public domain have yet to be found.

History

The earliest version of Mickey Mouse entered the public domain in 2024 to the joy of mascot horror game devs worldwide. They were finally free to butcher rubberhose animation, even though that would have probably counted as parody and thus fair use anyways.

The Wiki Camp 2 will probably enter the public domain in 2117.
