Something that no-one understands. What a shame. I mean I understand it since I'm like so cool. The coolest person in the west east south!!! Not the north... However, they aren't exactly intelligent nor are they a property. So they're 100% unrelated to this page.
Errata: these laws only apply if you're an intellectual AND a property. Not either, only both.
