The Council

The Council (also known as the Manuscript Council) are a group of Voidlings whose existence predates any being in the known Multiverse. Formerly the powerful beings in world that would eventually make up the Wiki Camp 2, they acted as the governing body and jurisdiction for all beings within the Celestial Echelon. They enforced their laws through ultilizing the unfathomably powerful Manuscript and Instrument, and are theorized to have created the celestial race known as the Gradients. Each member was in charge of keeping watch on it's respective component of existence as well as its Celestial Beings that had jurisdiction over it.

They have since distanced themselves from most affairs after their creations, the Gradients, rebelled against them and technically usurped their control and title as the most powerful beings in the Multiverse. Their current whereabouts are unknown.

Trivia

  • The Council would've been the hosts for The Wiki Camp 2 and the overarching orchestrators for every Final Event if it weren't for the Gradients usurping their power.
  • They don't know where Silly and Nonexisty came from.
  • They're probably dead.
    • This is considered by many lower powers who existed during their reign to be a good thing, as they were universally deemed to be “very cringe”.
  • The Background Connoisseur is known to have been the loyal aide to the Council while they were active, inspecting and reporting on the quality of worlds in their stead.
