Dragonfruit

Dragonfruit, also known as Pitaya, is a sweet and crunchy tropical fruit that looks like a pink cactus and also a dragon. Inside, however, it is merely white with black specks, like cookies and cream. While long having been a somewhat obscure fruit, it seems like everybody knows what a dragonfruit is nowadays. I think they even have them in Walmart sometimes. That's when you know your fruit has gone mainstream.
