Snowball Token
When the Snowball Token is played:
- The Snowball Token's sell price increases by 50%.
- The next still-in competitor alphabetically receives a Snowball Token (assume the alphabetized list of still-in competitors is circular). However, if the Snowball Token exceeds a certain sell price, it will burst and cause them to instead receive its value in shares.
After being sold or burst, the Snowball Token's sell price is set to 1 share. Also, the only way to transfer a Snowball Token is by pelting it at whoever you are giving it to. Yahaha!
Events
Sudden anti-macro event
If played within the first 3 days of the economic period, Snowball Tokens can be used to activate a sudden "anti-macro event". All bank account holders (in the Bank snapshot at the beginning of the economic period) must participate in the economic period before it ends. Anyone who fails to do this will have their account's items repossessed (and perhaps redistributed during analysis...🤫) by The Divine Goddess. Yup...It's a Christmas miracle!
Sudden Cheezy P. event
If played after this timeframe, Snowball Tokens may instead be used to activate a sudden "Cheezy P. event". Each of the Category:Still in (official) competitors may randomly do one of the following actions, in a certain time frame before the next stage of the competition:
- Nothing
- Drink water
- Fort nite
- Eat 100 chocolate balls
- Find all of Ruby's sisters
...Just kidding.[Could you imagine?] The real action is chosen from this list:
- React to this message with
- Do nothing
- If this is chosen, The Divine Goddess will describe this option being chosen as "Lucky!" and then be warned that "next time may not be so lucky, so pay attention."
Free-for-all snowball fight
If at least three people trade a Snowball Token during the economic period, a free-for-all snowball fight will officially commence. The winner gets Reddit Gold and the runner-up gets Reddit Wholesome. The third-placer gets...a nurpoingy? Seriously? Ugh...
Passive effects
Ties will be resolved in your favor when possible. Failing this, The Divine Goddess will simply exclude you from the tie if doing so benefits you. If a tie involves multiple Snowball Token owners, priority is given to whoever has the most Snowball Tokens.
Other effects
- The cost of rolling the Gacha is set to the natural logarithm of the current cost, rounded down to the nearest whole number. If this somehow yields a negative number, the cost will instead be set to $1.
- Everyone's supply of Dollars increases by 5% (rounded up to the nearest whole number).
- In the bank, 2 Snowball Tokens may merge into a Snowman Token. Rarely, 3 Snowball Tokens may do the same.
- In the bank, a Snowball Token and Gasoline Token will merge into a Glue Token.
