Goofy ahh sound effects (SFX) are clips you can use for anything and everything, anywhere and everywhere, seperate or all at once.
Naming
Some people like to name sound effects after things. For example, if this is the Wilhelm Scream:

...and this is the Diddy Laugh:

...then this is what I call the Smash Gasp:

...and this is... I don't know exactly what to call it, but people keep referencing Tonka, so let's just call it the Tonka Cheer:

Sound effectification
Sound effectification is when you dub a random clip with goofy ahh sound effects.
