Yes, Quite Fascinating. If Only The Elder Were Here To Admire Our Work...

With that Scaryness out of the way... Working on Minecraft is notorious for requiring 100 energy/hour, leaving many of its developers exhausted! Perhaps this is why most updates don't have anything in it...? Minecraft development is just too dependent on energy! Many developers consume nuclear power plants in order to keep working on this game.

No, dipshit, they barely have anyone working on the Java Edition team, which is the team in charge of actually coming up with ideas and implementing them, which the Bedrock Edition developers then have to port over to multiple platforms and thoroughly bugtest... not to mention, the past few updates have had a lot of technical changes behind the scenes. From 3D Biomes to a world height increase to a complete lighting engine rewrite, there's a lot happening that you're too ignorant to see. Both the Nether Update and Caves & Cliffs required crunch, which means that getting updates that are that big genuinely isn't healthy for anyone. Fucking lower your expectations for once and just enjoy the updates. You're getting them for free.

I'm sorry.
