Chubs' Law

Chubs' Law is a rule that determines whether or not something, be it a page or template, belongs on The Wiki Camp 2 Wiki.
The rule
When making content for the Wiki, consider the following;
- Does it appear to used?
- Does it work either?
If the answer to the above questions are yes, then your article passes Chubs' Law. If your article doesn't appear to used, nor does it work either, then it fails to pass Chubs' law, and your article will be striked down with okinthunder.
