Argotia is a continent in the Grass World sphere of Collabora consisting of 41 countries, each of whom speaks a certain constructed language.

Well, really, most countries in the Wiki Camp speak what seems like a conlang to us, but this one has already familiar conlangs, as well as a couple of modifications and scripts to English. This includes Iqglic, which could be considered a conlang on its own.

Exceptions

  • A country whose prevailing language is Kay(f)bop(t) could be all over the place, and not in a good way. First and foremost, Kay(f)bop(t) relies on hats in order to fully work. For example, to fully pronounce Kay(f)bop(t), you must wear a fedora while saying the first syllable and a top hat while saying the second syllable. Someone pointed out that if no one has those two aforementioned hats, a baseball cap, and a turkey/pangolin hat, that could result in systemic oppression. We at The Wiki Camp 2 neither support nor value oppression.
  • As Naʼvi is canonically spoken in the Avatar universe, it will not be represented.
  • A country whose primary language is Solresol would be complicated, as Solresol is essentially a language spoken using musical notes. A video I saw on Solresol uses the piano to speak Solresol.
  • An essay on ma pona, the toki pona-speaning sovereign state, highlights harmful stereotypes that could be associated with such country.
    • As a result, toki ma (who would've been represented with ma jan) will also not be represented.

Argotia's primary international football competition is the Argotia Pokalo.
