Dexterity (The videogame statistic) is often used to depict agile characters with lots of muscle control.

Usages in Videogames

Combat

Dexterity in many games is used to scale damage and accuracy of physical and ranged weaponry. Its utility also helps in combat since dexterity is typically tied with physical mobility and stealth, allowing for better vantage points.

Additional usages for dex is ability to dodge attacks, ability to crit, stamina scaling, damage scaling of melee weapons (such as a dagger or rapier).

Utility

Dexterity is commonly associated with all things mobility. This includes acrobatics, flexibility, stealth, climbing, and traversing tricky terrain. It is also sometimes used to represent how well someone can pickpocket and tie knots

How much it helps in eating pasta

PrEP

Dexterity helps in preparing for eating pasta accidently. Toning muscle mass burns a lot of energy, and to get that energy back food needs to be consumed. If a character has high dex, that means they are likely familiar with eating larger than normal servings of food.

The Eating

The only major benefit when actually eating pasta is the ability to twirl the fork properly.

Ineffective against unsanctioned pastas.

In Combat

Highly effective against unsanctioned pastas. By virtue.
