Explain/Hard Mode

Some articles on The Wiki Camp 2 have a mysterious blood moon appear on the bottom-right of the screen. Clicking on the blood moon brings the user to a more difficult version of the article it was found on, which the community has dubbed "Hard Mode". This is a page documenting all Hard Mode instances on the Wiki.

Hard Mode indicator

On the top right of pages that are in Hard Mode, there is an indicator for it. It is taken from The Binding of Isaac, where the same symbol indicates Hard Mode is active in-game.

Anime girl Or Bottle?

This version of this article adds a deadly fire-spinner in the middle of the page, disrupting gameplay. A common strat players use to complete this challenge is to zoom the page out so the spinner doesn't get in the way.

Challenge 4 (Wiki Camp 1)

The Hard Mode version of this article depicts an alternate version of the challenge where each competitor was only allowed to make a page with a maximum of one byte. These entries are called "t"s, instead of "tweets".

Chicken Game

The first Hard Mode challenge to be added to the wiki. This version of the article bombards the screen with multiple instances of The Chicken Game, making it near impossible to beat. Runners are still trying to figure out how this challenge can be complete.

Edit War

This Hard Mode challenge of Edit War makes the page seemingly impossible to edit. However, players have discovered that using keyboard shortcuts such as Shift + Alt + E allows users to edit the page just fine.

Minion or Da Bob

While the original dilemma of choosing between Minion and Da Bob was already very difficult and stressful, this version of the article broadcasts your choice on live television. Better hope you choose right, or cancel culture will be out to get you.

Oxygen

The original gif in Oxygen is intended to help with deep breaths, often seen to be relaxing when done. However, the gif in Hard Mode is incredibly sped up. Attempting to breath at the rate the gif says to would lead to hyperventilation.

Currently the only Hard Mode challenge to not be on the mainspace of the Wiki. This Hard Mode variant depicts the seal being put in a pool of lava. Although this lava pool is unavoidable, the seal appears to be unharmed.
