I'm Incognito.. I would make a proper introduction for myself, but uh, I think just letting you read my law enforcement description would make more sense.
It's probably worded better than how I could word it..

Incognito H. Covert is a 22-year old Individual, born on November 13th, 1980,
formerly living at 227 Melancholi County, 87th District, Kilobytka.
Incognito went missing on May 29th, 2002 and is presumed dead.
